I initially ordered a Downtown Tan color but when the jacket arrived, it got stolen from my doorstep. I spoke to one of the representatives over the chat who helped me finding out with career about what happened. Anyhow, I had lost the jacket, someone stole from my door. Finest Leathers offered me another jacket at cost. The second time I asked them to replace with Downtown Brown and they actually did that. Even though it wasnt their fault but I really appreciate the favour that they had done and kindness they have shown to help me get the jacket. I will deifnitely be recommending this company to everyone.
