To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tag must be attached.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to send you shipping label via email. All you need to do is to print and stick the label on the package or bag and drop it off to your nearest shipping location. We work with all major shipping companies including but not limited to UPS, CanadaPost, USPS, Fedex and DHL.
Upon receiving the package, we will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days. We will refund you the total price paid with the shipping charges you have incurred if any.
