Ordered the wrong size or did not like the style ? No worries ! We have got you covered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to  info@thefinestleathers.com to obtain a shipping label for free within 30 days from delivery date. No need to send us back the Hanger and Coat Bag that came with the jacket. Simply pack up the jacket nicely using the same box you received and drop off to nearest UPS/USPS location.  You can exchange one time free of charge but further exchanges may incur cost. If you are unsure about your sizing, dont hesitate to contact us at info@thefinestleathers.com or use Live Chat to talk to one of the customer service representatives.

Returns

We will refund all goods within 30 days from delivery date. Shipping labels are provided as soon as we receive your email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, tag must be attached and be in the original package.

Before ordering two sizes, please consider whether you really need to order both. Please use our size guide or sizing tool to calculate your size. These tools are provided to help you choose the right jacket and save time on returns and shipping process. If you still wish to order two sizes to try out, we guarantee that you can return your item to us and we'll provide the shipping labels for returns. However, please note that there will be a small fee deducted from your refund which is outlined below.

US Customers

To complete your return, simply send an email to info@thefinestleathers.com to obtain a free shipping label. Label will be generated by one of our staff members and emailed to you. Print and attach shipping label to the same package and drop to nearest UPS/USPS store.

Canadian Customers:

For Canadian customers, we have partnered with ChitChat Express with locations across Canada. Returns from Canada are not free and may incur charges.

Australian Customers:

Australian customers can drop off the package to their nearest Australia Post office. Return labels are provided upon request at no cost. Please email info@thefinestleathers.com to request.

Upon receiving the package, we will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

At Finest Leathers, we use premium quality Full Grain Semi-Aniline Leather for our apparel which is soft yet durable. Our Top Quality Leather comes from Sheepskins  - Livestock for meat industry. However, we have the ability to make jackets in Cow hide, Calf leather or Lambskin, should you wish to choose one. WHY SEMI-ANILINE LEATHER

Semi-Aniline leather is a natural looking premium quality leather with some of the unique surface characteristics of the animal hide remaining visible. This type of leather may contain a small amount of pigment in the surface coating. This will give some degree of extra protection but some shade variation should be expected. 

The pigment layer is very thin and the pores and creases of the hide show through but because it sits on top of the leather, brighter, more intense color can be achieved.  The clear layer on top, also called varnish or lacquer can have a different degree of shine and is acrylic-based to remain flexible and move with the leather.  This final layer is most important.  It determines the long term appearance of semi-aniline leather.

Unlike other manufacturers, we do not apply any polish on the final product that reduces the natural characteristics of leather and make the jackets look glossy. you definitely dont want that because leather is a natural material that requires air to breath. And for that reason, we offer free breathable coat bag and hanger with every purchase to preserve your lifetime investment.

How can we offer real leather jackets at such a low price?

Having worked in a leather Tannery for quite some time, we know very well how much a real leather jacket can cost. Our objective is to make real leather jackets affordable to everyone so everyone, from student to professionals can enjoy wearing our supple and buttery leather jackets. Our mode of operation is a whole seller rather than a retailer. Typically, big retailers would buy these apparel from whole sellers who also keep their own profit margin. When retailers tag them up in their stores, they also apply huge mark ups to cover for all the overhead expenses and marketing costs. This could raise the product price to at least 4-5 times the original cost. As a whole seller, we have NO middleman to take big profits. Our leather is Made in Pakistan where people give away thousands of leather hides for free to charity organization every year as a part of Muslim celebration. This also contributes towards keeping the price of leather hides as low as reasonably possible. All this help reducing the final price tag.

Is the Leather jacket weather proof ?

A water resistant material is the one that resists water penetration to an extent, but it will not protect it completely. While a water proof material is the one that can be submerged in water without being damaged for a certain amount of time.

Leather is a natural and porous material and therefore it is classified as Water Resistant. This means it will be perfectly protected in mild/small rain shower but too much water exposure can make it wet. In case your leather apparel gets little wet, use a soft cloth to wipe off but do not rub heavily. A little application of good quality conditioner and protective spray can provide some extra protection to water. Use of microfiber is not recommended. In an event that your leather garment does get wet, leave the garment to dry naturally.

What is the temperature rating of Leather Jackets?

It depends from person to person, but generally speaking a leather jacket can be worn down to 0 deg C with some kind of layering inside. Please remember that leather has a good wind resistance but it does not have insulation unless you add down or wool in it. Our Leather jackets are light weight and have some degree of layering inside the lining which provides little warmth. We recommend to wear a thin layer of sweater or fleece if it gets too cold or temperature hits below 0 degC.
